About the Founder

J.D. Durant is an American author, musician, producer, and longtime resident of Japan. His creative career spans decades in music, publishing, and storytelling. Through JD Legacy Library, he shares works that reflect a lifetime of experiences, imagination, resilience, and curiosity.

His publications include the Project Y science fiction series, The Time Tardigrade, memoirs, cookbooks, and other creative projects, with new titles added regularly.
